Questions

What's the lead time?
Every unit is built to order in Lubbock, Texas. We confirm your delivery window before taking payment. If we cannot meet a date you need, we will say so before you order rather than after.
Can my department pay by purchase order?
Yes. Request a quote and we send a line-item quote at your quantity, the full component specification, the product disclaimer and terms of use, and a W-9 for your AP office. If your department buys through a cooperative purchasing portal, tell us which one and we will confirm where we stand with it.
Do you ship outside Texas?
Yes. Shipping is quoted with your order — the unit folds flat, which keeps freight far below what a rigid manikin costs to send.
What if it isn't right for my program?
Take the 30-day loan first. We would rather you run a unit in your own classes and decide honestly than buy one that ends up on a shelf. That offer is real and there is no purchase obligation attached to it.
